- Was there anything you didn't like?The worst place - keep away from it!!! No wifi throughout my entire stay despite promising again and again they are fixing it No heat in my room they said they were sending someone asap and he showed up only the next day, he said he fixed it but he didn't, and I complained again bit no one came. Had to heat myself with a blow dryer I was locked out of my room for an hour since access code stopped working and the customer service on the booking chat kept promising someone was on its way, but no one came. It was eventually fixed remotely. Only 2 towels for a 4-day stay. No one on prem to support Horrible experience. Awful customer service.
