- What did you like most?the rooftop experience was really good. The staff were very helpful. The poolside experience was also good although there were no Roaming service providers you had to getting up
- Was there anything you didn't like?The afternoon and evening staff were not very helpful at all. The morning staff were. The experience didn’t feel as luxurious as I would have liked however I was told that West Hollywood is a little bit more edgy however the rooms could’ve been more luxurious. We had a random fridge on the ground in our room in addition to the mini bar
