- Was there anything you didn't like?
  The upper-floor room was deplorable: everything was dirty, from the walls to the bedsheets. The beds were narrow and did not match the listing. In general, the photos for these rooms are intentionally shot from angles that do not reflect reality. Major issues: Hygiene: During our 5-night stay, the bedsheets and towels were never changed. Privacy & Temperature: The room entrance is directly from a shared terrace, making it feel exposed and constantly cold. There is also a window facing the terrace, compromising privacy. Hot Water: The water was barely lukewarm; you have to shower very quickly to avoid freezing. Breakfast: Very poor. It would be more honest to specify that you only provide a space for guests to bring their own food or make a sandwich.

- What did you like most?
  Breakfast was just fine,limited choices though.Near public transportation.

  The staff who receive me was so unwelcoming.The tone of voice was not accomodating at all.She ask me for mandatory Id Card and credit card but did not explain anything,I have to ask her why.I ask her about breakfast time,she just pointed at fhe wall where it is posted.I ask to store my luggage because I arrive early,when I ask for it,There was a guy with her,take my bag then I heard a loud bang! Then he handed me my bag,good thing it wasn’t broken or damage.When I came to my room,it smells cigarette,thought what I have is a nonsmoking room.
