- What did you like most?I loved the hotel. I got a great room with super comfortable bed and pillows. The terrace and evening snacks are a nice add on. And what’s most important, the front desk Team was amazing. I’ll come back!
Terrible.
- Was there anything you didn't like?This property is a disgrace to the SLH brand,the facility is old,tired, dirty, unkept. The staff are not cooperative or helpful, very confrontational, they don’t understand guest and hotel management. The rooms were never cleaned upon my 6 days stay,just once tidied up upon great difficulty and argument with the manager. Our phone did not work on the 22nd floor, which is a safety hazard, and they sent a technician on day 4 almost at midnight to attempt to fix it. This place is maximum 2 stars and I am traumatized by the experience there.
