- What did you like most?Very friendly staff; especially housekeeping & doormen. Location was great - close enough to walk to theaters but far enough to be away from the crowds. Never had to wait too long for elevators which is often a problem in NY hotels. Free bottled water.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The window in the bathroom was old and let in so much cold air. The bathroom was always freezing cold which isn't great when it's December/January and you want to take a hot shower. They installed new windows in room but not bathroom - why?!
Location is nearby Grand Central Station, not a busy tourist location.
